Nirmal Ashram Eye Institute successfully organized a Free Eye Check-up Camp at the State GST Office, Bypass Road, Rishikesh on 3rd January 2026.
The camp began with an informative awareness session on Computer Vision Syndrome, conducted by Dr. Rang (M.B.B.S, M.S. – Ophthalmology), highlighting the importance of eye care in today’s screen-centric lifestyle.
This was followed by comprehensive eye screening of advocates, staff members, and their family members.
Total 77 patients were screened during the camp.
Spectacles and medicines were distributed on-site. 7 patients requiring advanced care were referred to our base hospital for further investigations.
