Nirmal Ashram Eye Institute Hosts Successful VISION OPTOMETRY 2026 CME Program with the theme Practical Approach in Optometry
Rishikesh, February 1, 2026 – Nirmal Ashram Eye Institute (NEI) successfully organized the VISION OPTOMETRY 2026 Continuing Medical Education (CME) Program) at the Nirmal Auditorium, Khairi-Kalan, near Nepali Farm, Shyampur, Rishikesh. The event was graced by the divine presence of Mahant Baba Ram Singh Ji Maharaj and Sant Baba Jodh Singh Ji Maharaj, and witnessed enthusiastic participation from around 160 registered optometrists, doctors, staff members, and dignitaries.
The program was inaugurated by Chief Guest Mr. Deepak Kumar, Assistant Labour Commissioner, Rishikesh, along with Guests of Honour Mr. Gurbinder Singh and Prof. Dr. Kartike, through a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony following bouquet presentations.
The CME was conducted under the leadership of Mr. Ajay Sharma (Patron), Dr. Amit Maitreya (Chairman), Dr. Richa Dhiman (Co-Chairman), and Mr. Shashi Shekhar Singh (Organizing Secretary). The presence and active participation of NEI’s doctors and staff contributed to a vibrant and engaging academic environment. At the conclusion of the program, Mahant Baba Ram Singh Ji Maharaj and Sant Baba Jodh Singh Ji Maharaj blessed the gathering and distributed prashad to all participants.
